Pinot Gris Ambrato 2023
An orange wine full of character.
An elegant orange wine made from fully ripe Pinot Gris grown on steep volcanic slopes. Extended skin contact and spontaneous fermentation give the wine structure, texture and aromatic depth. Despite its intensity, it remains balanced, fresh and precise. A refined expression of maceration with a long, mineral-driven finish.
Taste
Copper-red color, dried fruit, tobacco, citrus, earthy and herbal notes. Lively, spicy and nutty with a long saline finish.
