RASPINI WINERY
Classic–contemporary wines from the Kaiserstuhl
Raspini Winery stands for a classical European understanding of wine, expressed in a contemporary form. Rooted in the Kaiserstuhl, wines are made here that reflect place, time and work — without
exaggeration, without effects, without shortcuts.
Our work follows neither trends nor ideology.
We understand wine as the result of place, vintage and decisions. The task of the cellar is not to disturb this relationship.
We work with healthy grapes, selectively hand-harvested, and vinify with restraint. Time replaces technique, observation replaces intervention. Our wines are not created by a recipe, but through attention.
Our vineyards are located in the Kaiserstuhl, one of Germany’s most distinctive terroirs. Volcanic soils, loess layers and a warm microclimate shape the structure and tension of our wines.
Each site is harvested and interpreted separately. Not to amplify differences, but to make them visible.
Intentional Winemaking
Every decision is deliberate. Growth follows structure, not volume.
Territorial Focus
From 2027, one origin. One landscape. Eckartsberg.
Clarity Over Intervention
Spontaneous fermentations. No unnecessary corrections. Precision before ideology.
Mediterranean Origin,
German Discipline
Cultural depth guided by method.
The focus of Raspini Winery lies on Pinot Blanc. It forms the conceptual axis of the project — clear, structured and built for longevity.
Each grape variety fulfills a specific role within the range. There are entry-level wines and wines of depth; vintage differences are not smoothed out.
All wines are made without fining, without filtration and with minimal intervention.
The Wine Club is the most direct access to Raspini Winery. It is intended for people who wish to accompany the process of winemaking.
