Shipping & Delivery

Delivery

We deliver orders placed in our online shop within Europe. Orders and deliveries are only possible from and to persons aged 18 or over. By placing your order, you confirm that you are of legal age. 

Please note that we only ship in boxes of 3, 6, and 12.

Prices

All prices are gross prices including statutory VAT, ex warehouse Breisach am Rhein (Germany).

Shipping costs Germany

• Flat rate of EUR 10.00 per shipping address (up to 12 bottles of sparkling wine or still wine)
• Free shipping for orders with a gross value of EUR 200.00 or more

Shipping costs for EU countries

Deliveries to other European countries are possible.

• Flat rate of EUR 35.00 per shipping address (up to 12 bottles of sparkling wine or still wine)
• Free shipping for orders with a gross value of EUR 350.00 or more

Freight forwarding

For larger order quantities, shipping may be carried out by a freight forwarder. In this case, you will be contacted directly in advance to arrange the delivery date and details. Please provide a telephone number during the ordering process that we can pass on to the freight forwarder.

Complaints / Transport damage

Obvious transport damage must be confirmed in writing by the delivery company upon delivery. Defects or complaints must be reported to us immediately upon receipt of the goods. Shipments are insured against breakage and theft, provided that the damage has been confirmed by the delivery company on the freight documents.
