Salasso Rosé 2023
Strength meets finesse.
An unconventional rosé made using the traditional salasso method, offering structure and depth rarely found in this style. Produced from mature Pinot Noir vines, it combines freshness with grip and gastronomic character. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in barriques give the wine balance and subtle complexity. A serious rosé that pairs beautifully with food and evolves over time.
