Pinot Noir 2023
Powerful, precise, timeless.
A complex and limited Pinot Noir from the oldest vineyard parcels of our Winery. Multiple harvest passes and partial carbonic maceration create depth, aromatic complexity and finesse. Long fermentation and aging in barriques result in a structured yet elegant wine. Sophisticated, mineral and expressive, with great length and character.
Taste
Dried flowers, nuts, dark berries, chocolate, mushrooms and herbs. Elegant, deep and mineral with fine sandy tannins.
