Trilogie – Frais Pétillant
Elegance meets lightness.
An elegant and vibrant pétillant naturel made from early-harvest fruit across all Raspini vineyards. Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc come together in a spontaneous, bottle-fermented wine with a free and lively character. Fine bubbles, freshness and subtle complexity make it highly drinkable yet surprisingly serious. A refined sparkling wine with a natural soul and effortless elegance.
Taste
Notes of dried fruit, yeast, root vegetables and citrus. Fresh, linear and mineral on the palate with subtle smokiness and a long dry finish.
