This Pinot Blanc is the flagship wine of our Winery and a clear expression of their philosophy. Grown on volcanic soils interwoven with limestone, it shows remarkable energy, precision and mineral tension. Gentle skin contact, spontaneous fermentation and aging in used barriques give it structure without heaviness. A focused, vibrant wine with depth, grip and a long, saline finish.

Citrus, stone fruit, light smoke, yeast and herbs. Structured, salty and lively with fine tannins.
